Good evening, Parents!

It was GREAT to see all of you yesterday!

First, I want to thank everyone for signing up to volunteer. Your support means so much to our swim team!

1. Volunteer Sign-Up

If you missed the QR code yesterday and were disappointed that you couldn't sign up, don't worry! You can still sign up using the link below!

Volunteer Sign-Up: CLICK HERE!!

I have also added two more timer openings, so if you weren't able to sign up for that position yesterday, please grab one of those spots!

We need some SENIOR parent volunteers for Senior Gifts and events!

Also, if you signed up to volunteer but haven't given me your T-shirt size yet, please email me your size by tomorrow, October 2nd. The shirts will take about three weeks to arrive, so I'd like to place the order ASAP to make sure we have our volunteer shirts ready for the first meet!

2. Swimsuit Orders – Deadline: October 2nd

Just a reminder that all swimsuit orders must be placed by tomorrow, October 2nd.

Whether you're ordering through Reddise or Jolyn, please make sure to place your order by the deadline. After that, you'll need to pay for your own shipping, and we cannot guarantee that your swimsuit will arrive in time for our first meet.

• Nike Swimsuits: Reddise
• Jolyn Swimsuits: Jolyn

3. Spirit Wear Orders

For our spirit shirts, we're using SwimOutlet. You should have received an email from them with your individualized ordering code.

• Spirit Wear: SwimOutlet

The email will come from [email protected], so please check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received it yet.

If you still can't find the email, please reply to this message, and I'll try to resend it!

4. Practice Start Date – Important Correction! (October 5th!)

The brochure you received yesterday lists October 7th as the first day of practice. However, that is incorrect!

Our first practice is October 5th! Please mark your calendars accordingly.

Thank you again for your enthusiasm, support, and willingness to volunteer. With everyone's help, I'm sure we'll have a wonderful swim season filled with great memories, lots of team spirit, and, of course, plenty of swimming!

Hoping for a great swim season!!

Sincerely,

Your Swim Booster
